In case of floor and roof decking, the rate shall include for machine sanding protecting and prepare surface to receive floor paint in addition to clauses (a) to (g) or C above.

In case of walls and ceiling lining, the rates shall include for jointing and fixing to walls / ceiling / eaves etc. All cover and joint strips in addition to clause (a) to (g) of C above.

In case of corrugated asbestos wall lining the rates shall include for cove mouldings, sills stiles and head mouldings, to opening as relevant.

In case of felts and insulation, no deduction have been made for area of joints, struts, rafters etc and rate shall include for laps batten fixing and laps.

In case of Gutter boarding the rate shall include for outlet, and the like
