12. IRON MONGERY

1. The Contractor to provide master keying of locks at the handing over / practical completion to the Employer.
   
   
2. The rates shall for Iron Mongery shall include for :
   
   
   1. All cutting, fitting, sinking, boring and morticing.
      
      
   2. Removing during decoration, leaving oiled and in proper working order on completion and supplying and labeling. All keys and handing over to Employer.
