5. WALL, FLOOR, AND CEILING FINISHES

Rate for Wall, Floor, and ceiling finishes shall include for:

1. All temporary rules, screeds, templates, and supports, curing and cleaning off on completion, and exact
   
   
2. thickness required to finish.
   
   
3. Working at any given height.
   
   
4. Work in small quantities/ panels/ narrow width/ angles ends/ short length.
   
   
5. Making good or cutting around bolts, pipes, conduits, sleeves, ducting, fittings, sections, and the like obstructions.
   
   
6. Raking out joints of new brickwork/blockwork, or hacking new concrete to form key including brushing, cleaning, dampening the background.
   
   
7. Forming internal and external angles and arises.
   
   
8. Any extra thickness required to finish the true level.
