Area of apartment

Most apartments do not provide with the exact floor area mentioned in the Brochures and sales literature. It is important to be aware of the method of calculation of the Area of the Unit, whether it's on net or gross basis. In some instances you will also find that the area of the common spaces too have been allocated to the Housing Units. Taking this precaution will prevent complications in the future.

Stability of the building

When buying an apartment the buyer gets a finished product. You were not involved in the process of construction or you did not get the opportunity to do so. The structural stability of the building should be of major concern. So be careful enough to check whether the design of the building, the structure, the service system etc., have been carried out by professionals.
