Backup services

Make sure all your backup service such as Power Supply, Water Supply, Garbage Disposal, and Security are installed by qualified professionals. A connection to national power grid may not be sufficient in today's environment. Check for electricity emergency generators , Lifts, and also for their quality.

In water supply system there must be storage sumps for fresh water and also for wastewater. Also there must be a backup pump in case if there is a failure in the main supply pump.

The garbage disposal system too must be properly serviced regularly. You can check for security devices such as closed circuit TVs (CCTV) Electronic Alarms, Lights etc. Each Unit should be provided at least with a one parking bay. Most probably it could be located in the basement or the first floor. Parking area may be covered form direct sunlight and it should be secure enough.
