Layout and Orientation

Privacy to all units is extremely important in that one apartment should not look in to another. Security considerations, although minimal, should not be ignored. Check to see whether there is an emergency fire exit going all the way up to the ground.

Before purchasing your specific unit, check whether each space is sufficiently ventilated and naturally lighted except for the storage. However, natural light should not be disturbing. The electric lighting system should match the furniture layout for example there should be a fan above the bed and there should be a light above the dining table. Additionally plug paints should not be obstructed by furniture.
