Infrastructure Criteria


The improvement of infrastructural facilities to accommodate the envisaged development by the year 2010 will be guided by the above mentioned zoning and density criteria.

 The implementation of the above development proposals, over a period of 15 years will bring in an orderly development in the City of Colombo. The success of the above development will bring a tremendous demand for more space , better quality environment which definitely give rise for further revision  of the City of Colombo development plan around the year 2010.
