Widespan™ Structural System

The widespan system is the most basic Butler buildign system. But thanks to our investment in the PRONTO order engineering system. It is also of our most versatile.
It combines the proven practicality of a rigid frame with almost unlimited design flexibility to meet your exact needs, giving you economical solutions eith traditional Butler quality.
Included inb the PRONTO order engineering system are the LRF, MRF and WX framing options.

The LRF framing system provides a variable roof slope for a contemporary exterior profile and lare clearspan interiors for maximum use of interior space.

The MRF framing system is specially designed for large buildings (up to 92m wide) using a minimum of interior columns.

The WX framing system provides addtional space for extentions or expansions. it also accomodates all eave heights and roof slopes of the LRF and MRF systems. WX frames are available in widths of 6m to 18m.

Butlerrib® II Roof Systems

Butler II Roof System is the basic roof covering system for Widespan buildings. Roof panels are factory cut to lengths up to 12 m (39 Feet). The precision designed roof panel has a reinforced outer corrugation sidelant and placement of Panlastic sealant for positive weather protection. The panel is easily insulated with fibreglass blanket insulation and carries a UL Class 90 wind uplift rating.
Butlerib roof system features Self-drilling screws for ease of insulation.

A full range of roof accessries is available for your new building, including Lite* Panel skylights, curbs, and pipe flashing for roof opening and penetrations. And a wide variety of earth - tone color is offered to complement most design criteria.

Secure Installation Self-drilling screw fastners are standard. Self clinching Lock Rivert™ fastners (shown at left) are available as an option. All have neoprene washers as weatherguard.
