We
have filtration systems for removal of suspended solids, turbidity,
taste, odour, colour, chlorine, iron and manganese etc. We have single
units with flow rates from 60 l/hr. to 670 m3/hr. (However we can match
any capacities by supplying multiple system)
Softening means removing the hardness due to the salt of Calcium and Magnesium from water, replacing them with salts of Sodium which do not precipitate and do not form scale. This is done by passing the water through a bed of iron exchange resin contained in the body of softener. Our softeners are supplied with resin suitable for contact with substances for human consumption and with high resistance to mechanical wear, excellent durability, high exchange capacity, low salt consumption and small head loss.
Reverse
osmosis (commonly abbreviated to R.O.) is a physical process which allows
dissolved salts to be removed by forcing water through a semi-permeable
membrane. The permeate or product water, passes through the membrane,
while the dissolved solids, the particles, and the organic matter which
are unable to pass through the membrane are conveyed to the drain as
concentrate or reject water. Sea water also can be convert into potable
water, by using this process. We have R.O. plants with flow rates from
50 l/hr. to any capacities.
Demineralization (or deionization) is the process in which dissolved salts are removed from water by means of ion exchange resins. These cation and anion exchange resins are able to remove their respective salts, and thus produce pure water.
Our automatic feeders are electronic and offer high injection precision combined with extremely reliable operation. Fitted with electromagnets, they allow the feeding rate to be adjusted by the varying of frequency. Varying of frequency can be done by manual adjustment, external signal or by sensors.
We also have control system for water treatment system operations and as well as water quality controls including PLC controls.
