The managing director of this practice is a senior architect with
experience more than 18 years in the filed of Architecture. The
associated Consultants represent a professional resource of
experienced persons, which has enabled the Firm to further the high
standard of professional excellence that is reflected in the Firm's
increasing participation in Sri Lanka's many significant projects
during the 10 years of its existence.

The Practice

Associates | private | Limited is currently strong and utilize a full
computer facility (AutoCAD , 3D Studio Max & Photoshop), allowing
meaningful interface with clients and other professionals who are
similarly equipped. We have state-of-the-art computer technology
which enables us to produce sophisticated 3-D colour presentation
material and to communicate directly by e-mail with other parties.
The Practice has a sound technical basis and a realistic approach
which produces well designed buildings within the budget and
according to the program.
The Office
The

Associates | private | Limited is housed in their own office located in
an exclusive area in Colombo 5. The Drawing Studios, Projects
Department, accounts and the Administration Department of
Shaminda Senaratne
Associates | private | Limited are substantially computerized with modern Computers and
peripherals.
Architectural drawings, Bills of quantities, Tender documents and
specification, 3D Computer visualizations, drawing coordination are
being done in the office and the other specialist work will be
outsourced to other consultants.
Electrical, mechanical, plumbing and air conditioning drawings are
prepared by in-house draftspersons under the consultant engineers
and quantity surveyors supervision.
Structural drawings are prepared by under the supervision of senior
charted engineer and the drawings were done at his office
